Salads

Caesar Salad (Dairy)
Romaine lettuce, our own garlic and parmesan croutons, parmesan cheese, and a classic Caesar dressing. Minimum order for 10 people.

Tri Color Salad (Parve)
Fresh Romaine, red leaf lettuce, carrots and olives topped with fresh tomatoes, cucumber and mushrooms. Minimum order for 10 people.

Spinach Salad (Parve)
Tender baby leaf spinach, carrots, mushrooms and slivers of red peppers. Dressed with a raspberry vinaigrette. Minimum order for 10 people.

Greek Salad (Dairy)
Chunks of cucumber, peppers, celery, onions, Greek olives, feta cheese, & tomato on a bed of Romaine lettuce in a lemon garlic dressing. Minimum order for 15 people.

Mesclun Salad (Parve)
Mesclun greens, tomatoes, croutons, carrots, peppers, onions, portobello mushrooms, olives and a honey balsamic vinaigrette. Minimum order for 10 people.

Green Bean Or Sugar Snap Pea Salad (Parve)
Crisp beans, carrots, red peppers, and red onions in a light balsamic vinaigrette with fresh herbs.

Broccoli Salad (Parve)
Tender broccoli, sun-dried tomatoes, carrot slivers, caramelized onions, roasted garlic, and pignoli nuts.

Marinated Asparagus (Parve)
Tender stalks of poached asparagus dressed with a raspberry or lemon vinaigrette.

Oriental Snow Or Snap Pea Salad (Parve)
Crisply poached snow or snap peas with slivers of red peppers, carrots, and red onion in a ginger soy dressing.

Plum Tomato And Cucumber Salad (Parve)
Fresh Italian plum tomato wedges, seeded cucumber and red onions in a red wine vinaigrette dressing.

Fresh Fruit Salad (Parve)
Hawaiian pineapple, cantaloupe, honeydew, strawberries, seedless grapes and other seasonal fruits, tossed and displayed in a bowl.

Dilled Cucumber Salad (Parve, Dairy)
Select cucumbers peeled and thinly sliced, then marinated in a dill and chive or sour cream dressing.

Sweet Potato Salad (Parve)
Sweet potatoes, roasted peppers, celery, scallions, and apples in a spiced dressing.

Garden Slaw (Parve)
Thinly sliced green cabbage with carrots, peppers, squash, broccoli, and red onions in a Dijon dill dressing.

Marinated Mushroom Salad (Parve)
Assorted mushrooms marinated in a red wine vinaigrette.

Red Bliss Potato Salad (Parve)
Tender red bliss potatoes, peppers, scallions, onions, celery, eggs, and red onions in a light mayonnaise and mustard dressing.

Dijon Dill Potato Salad (Parve)
Red potatoes, celery, peppers, scallions and red onions in a Dijon dill dressing free of mayonnaise.

Fresh Mozzarella And Vine Ripened Tomatoes (Dairy)
Fresh kosher mozzarella and vine ripened tomatoes sliced and displayed with fresh basil and red onion, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.
